
The key to live a healthy lifestyle and to have peaceful mind is to connect with influential and positive minded people around us, be a lifelong learner, spread useful information, influence people and make their life better if not then at least never hurt their feelings.
One of the topics on my PDE module helped me to look into various aspects in life. I participated in various activities and I understood how we can balance well-being life and reduce negative situations.

I took part on The Wheel of Balance activity, in that I had to mark each one out of 10 based on my way of life. I am more of a spiritual person, I have a stable balance in family, relationships and study but I still need to improve. As an introvert person my social and service community is low, therefore, I need to change that and try to involve more. As for health/fitness and wealth/finance I need to work more on that now to increase my score.
Next, I took part on Stress Bucket activity, I learnt how we can keep stress in the bucket and stop overflow from it. Basically, I had a very low self-esteem, where mostly, I could feel no courage at all. My main stress was working under deadlines to submit the assignments.

With the help of Stress Bucket, I could balance my life which is helping me to improve my personal well-being and reduce stress.
Then, I did an activity called Third Place to see what could reduce my stress. Such as by going to the Masjid I can put aside all the stresses and tensions and get a peaceful time. As I mentioned above, I’m more of spiritual person.
In the next topic, I have learned to sustain my well-being by considering 5-minute well-being plan.

It helped me to understand my wellbeing and work on certain aspects that bring stress to me and eliminate negative things in my life.
